Community Engagement:

We will work with the State of Minnesota to coordinate public hearings throughout the project area later this year. The meeting schedule will be posted here, as well as mailed to landowners and advertised in local newspapers.
Comments on the Environmental Impact Statement scoping process can be submitted until Feb. 21, 2024. Click here for information on that process.

Please provide comments about how route options may affect land use issues in your area by the end of July. We plan to begin reviewing comments soon and expect to file the Route Permit application with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission this fall. The Commission will determine the final approved route for the project following a robust process and comment period.
